Instructions / Storage

  • Frenagels ship frozen with dry ice, may thaw in transit
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
  • Freeze immediately upon arrival, may be kept frozen for up to 1 month

To Bake – Overnight Method

  • Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper and place frozen Frenagels on the sheet
  • Cover sheet with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight
  • Frenagels may kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours
  • Remove Frenagels from refrigerator and allow to proof at room temperature for 1.5 hours
  • Bake Frenagels at 345 for 14 minutes, turn tray and bake for another 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes on a cooling rack.
  • After baking, best enjoyed for up to 48 hours

To Bake – Quick Method

  • Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper and place frozen Frenagels on the sheet
  • Allow frozen Frenagels to defrost at room temperature for approximately 2.5 hours
  • Bake Frenagels at 345 for 14 minutes, turn tray and bake for another 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes on a cooling rack.
  • After baking, best enjoyed for up to 48 hours
